We received the backpack yesterday afternoon and my son loves it. It is exactly what he wanted he couldn't be happier. Again, I want to thank you for all that you've done for us. Customer service usually isn't high in priority anymore but it does still mean something for a consumer. And I just can't say enough about yours. I recently completed my first order with Boston'sTenth, and what a great experience! I ordered their Red Sox, Kelly Green, St. Patrick's Day Mesh jersey. It's now my favorite piece of Sox gear!Great looks and great quality. I was impressed,not only with their product line, but with their exceptional customer service. The day after I placed the order on their Web site, I received an email from one of the owners, who brought one of his observations about the order, to my attention. When ordering, I had inadvertently selected "next day air" as my method of shipment. In his email he asked me to call him. He explained that he felt I'd errored as there was no obvious reason for the urgency . . . it's winter! He was correct, and saved me "a ton" of money! THAT is customer service. I learned that everyone at Boston'sTenth is a native of the Boston area, and are die hard Red Sox Fans. ALL they do is Red Sox, and Boston Red Sox is "who they are!" They'll be my first stop, when looking for Red Sox gear. Thanks Boston'sTenth!

We got the hats today!!! Thank you so much for all your help and the fast shipping!! I went home to Boston and looked everywhere for an adjustable Boston hat it was so hard I found one on the Hanscom Air Force Base. Last time we went out on a wagon ride my son threw it off and we didn't notice I'm so so excited I was able to get the same one replaced fast!!! Thank you again I will for sure be returning in the near future!!!
